英国大学欢迎周可以晚去吗？
谢邀~ 作为最晚入学的UCL offer holder，我想我应该有资格来回答这个问题！（尽管我没按时到达） 不可以！！！绝对不可以！！！除非你拿到了学校的特殊批准，否则没有正当理由的话是不能迟到的！！！ 我今年因为签证的问题，比正常入学晚到了两个月左右，于是乎就和学校申请延迟一周到校。然而，申请的时候我是有正当理由的——我在等雅思成绩（虽然最后雅思还是没考出来……），并且学校也批准了，还给我发了邮件，告诉我可以延期到某年某月某日。
但是，重点来了：即便你收到了这样的邮件，也还是不可以晚到学校！！！ 因为你的录取通知书上有一项重要的信息： your start date (入学日期) Your start date is the date you are expected to join us on.
In general， this will be around six weeks after we have received all of your final registration and visa documents.
Please note that if you need to apply for a VISA extension， once our records show that we have sent in yourfinal documentation， we can no longer guarantee your place at UCL and it may be given away to another candidate.
This means that even if you have a ‘start date’ in June， you might not actually start until September！！！
For me，这就意味着我必须提前一年半开始准备申请材料（包括语言成绩），然后还得担心材料是否齐全，是否会被拒签等等一系列问题。更绝望的是，如果一旦你被拒签了，这个记录是会伴随你一生的～ 我的经验就是：尽量早的申请，越早越好！早申请意味着你可以选择的学校和专业选项会更多！
